In this video, I give first hand testimony on the power and necessity of having school choice. The NAACP and the Democratic Party do not support school choice because of their relationship with the teacher's union. They are not interested in seeing inner city kids get access to better educational opportunities, so they promulgate false narratives and initiatives such as the current "travel advisory" against the state of Florida in order to cause confusion and lies. As an inner-city, Black American girl, I know first-hand of the power of advocacy, freedom and opportunity. I would not be where I am today without someone standing up and paving the way for access to better opportunities. School choice changed my life and the state of Florida recognizes this.
