Does the Culture Define the Church? WHO is the church? Response to William Murphy III

For some strange and unbiblical reason William Murphy III believes that the church should take its cue4s from the culture and likewise adapt. The problem is that he forgets WHO the church is. In this short, I seek to define who the church is according to scripture.
